Privacy Policy Refund Policy Server Rules

By using koalon.com and our game servers, you unconditionally agree to these terms.

I. Privacy Policy

1.1. Data Collection

We collect the minimum data required to provide our services:

  • Steam ID: Public identifier for authentication.
  • IP Address: Used for server routing, DDoS protection, and security bans.
  • Game Activity: Chat logs, GOTV demos, kill/death statistics.
  • Technical Data: Cookies and browser information.

1.2. Data Usage

Collected information is used for:

  • Providing access to game servers and inventory synchronization.
  • Ensuring Anti-Cheat functionality and moderation.
  • Technical support and service notifications.

1.3. Payment Data

The project does not process or store credit card details. All transactions are handled by certified third-party payment gateways. We only receive the payment status (success/fail).

1.4. GDPR (EU Users)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users from the EEA have the right to:

  • Request a copy of their personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to be Forgotten: Request deletion of account and statistics, except for ban records required for community safety (Legitimate Interest).

II. Terms & Refund Policy

2.1. Digital Goods

When purchasing services (VIP, Admin, Credits), you acquire access to digital content. The service is considered fully rendered at the moment of activation on your account.

2.2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Personal Reasons: Refunds are not provided for reasons such as "changed mind", "accidental purchase", or "didn't like it" after successful activation.
  • Account Bans: If you are banned for violating rules (see Section III), paid services are suspended without compensation. Purchasing privileges does not grant immunity.
  • Technical Errors: Refunds are only possible if a technical failure occurred (e.g., charged but service not received). Claim window: 48 hours.

2.3. Chargebacks

Any attempt to force a refund via bank chargeback without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban on all project servers.

III. Project Rules

Ignorance of the rules does not excuse violations. The administration reserves the right to determine the punishment severity.

3.1. Gameplay

Cheating / Scripts Using third-party software (WH, Aim, Scripts, Macros). PERMANENT BAN
Bug Abuse Exploiting map or game errors (pixel-walking). BAN 1h – 1 Day
Griefing Disrupting gameplay (TeamFlash, Blocking, AFK). KICK / BAN 4h
Ghosting Revealing enemy positions via Voice/Discord while dead. BAN 1 – 7 Days

3.2. Communication

Insults / Toxicity General insults, toxic behavior. MUTE 1h – 7 Days
Severe Abuse Racism, politics, family insults. BAN 7 Days – PERM
Spam Mic spam, music, chat flood. MUTE 1h – 1 Day
Ads / Scam Advertising, scamming, impersonating admins. PERMANENT BAN
